  • How long in advance is it recommended to place an order? We advise customers to place their orders five to ten working days before the desired delivery date.

  • What is the delivery time? The goods are delivered to the stated address within ten days of receipt of payment.

  • Do we receive a confirmation message once the package has been sent or a confirmation that the order is ready to be picked up at our Shop? Yes, an e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped / ready for collection.
  • Can I track my package once it has been sent? Use of the Track & Trace system enables the customer to make sure that he is present to take delivery of the goods.

  • Do the prices on the site include VAT? The ordered articles are dispatched at the customer’s expense (inclusive of VAT).

  • Can I make a delivery outside of Switzerland? No delivery can be made outside Switzerland.

  • What can I do if I find an error in my order once it has already been placed? The right of return does not apply if the customer makes a mistake (desired quantity, message to be engraved, delivery address). The customer must check his order carefully before finalizing it.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order after completing the payment transaction? As soon as confirmation of his ordered purchase has been received by email the customer can no longer change or cancel the order.

  • Can I still order chocolate during the summer months? During the summer season or periods for which delivery is suspended, customers may opt to come and collect the goods themselves from the shop at Courtelary.

  • How do I proceed for an order of Ragusa to engrave exceeding 59 pieces? For any request exceeding 50 pieces, please send your order to b2b@cbsa.ch in order to define the delivery arrangements.

  • Can I choose the text of my choice on the Ragusa to engrave? Chocolats Camille Bloch SA reserves the right to decline any order of personalised Ragusa in the case of which the text to be engraved may be in breach of a statutory provision or liable to offend moral standards, in particular because of a content that is offensive to human beings, animals or deemed to be inappropriate. The names of other chocolate industry brands shall not be engraved.
